Was excited to get these sunglasses as they fit well and were comfortable. They were great for a year when all of a sudden the coating on the lenses started to peel. About 2 weeks ago, while I was driving home, the left side arm (temple) just fell off. I emailed customer service when I got home as the product has a lifetime warranty against this kind of damage. I was told I would get a reply within 2-days. Two weeks later- I haven't heard a peep. I have purchased 6 pairs of sunglasses by Rivbos over the years, including for my children. If this is the way they treat their customers and if they cant stand behind their own product guarantees- I'll go somewhere else from now on.
