Was excited to get these sunglasses as they fit well and were comfortable. They were great for a year when all of a sudden the coating on the lenses started to peel. About 2 weeks ago, while I was driving home, the left side arm (temple) just fell off. I emailed customer service when I got home as the product has a lifetime warranty against this kind of damage. I was told I would get a reply within 2-days. Two weeks later- I haven't heard a peep. I have purchased 6 pairs of sunglasses by Rivbos over the years, including for my children.
