OMG!! Love love love these. I have migrains constantly and many are light related. I wore these for a family day at the beach and could hardly believe the change it made for me. A word though, clean off any salt spray and residue on them...it changes something .. (i cant explain better). I didn't get an instant headache and miss out on a family day which is a huge bonus!
