These fit comfortably on my head which based on other sunglass models I'd have to say my head must be wider? They include a hard case, a soft sleeve and cleaning cloth. The clip on the hard case is super flimsy and popped off constantly so I replaced it with an s-biner and haven't had any trouble otherwise. Very clear lenses with no real distortion.
